The sets seemed to get better the more I did.  I think it helps when the shirt tears the holes in your skin, then it works better.

Squats felt good this morning, as in no pain, but they definately felt tougher than they should have.  And I just noticed that I was benching the same weight I was squatting...Oh no, I am turning into a Cpt Upper body!!!
