The reverse band deadlifts were interesting.  I had to really focus on keeping tight on the set up because with it being easy to get off the floor, I found myself being lazy.
The pin presses were new as well.  Not sure what I think about them yet.
3 weeks to go until Provincials. 
Oh boy, can't wait to drill some weights.
