Wanted to get my shoulder to a happy place so focused on some stretching and mobility stuff between chin up sets.

Finished with 30 mins on the climber.
Looking forward to seeing some awesome lifting at the Arnolds, and also seeing my husband and his cronies smash some Strongman events!
