Getting close to the Nats, so I decided to double, or possibly triple my final working set. Basically I told myself that so I didn't go too crazy and rip my back apart...not going to get too much stronger in two weeks, so shut it down at 2 reps.

Finished my 40 mins on tread...with realllly shakey arms. At this time got to see some chick get a makeover to look like Lady Gaga, which was CRAZY impressive.
Got my suit over to the seamstress to get it all fixed up and ready for its last Sunday session action before the big show!
