DE Bench no bands                        s.s                 Pull Aparts x 15/set
115lbs x 3, this was too light..
135 x 3 x 9 sets, narrow, med, wide grips

Seated Rows                                    s.s                   Side Bends
100lbs x 15                                                              65lbs x 15/side x 3 sets
        " x 15
        " x 12

                                      Blast Strap Push ups x 15 x 3 sets


YTWL's                                    s.s                     DB Curls 25lbs x 10/arm


                             Side Raises 15lbs x 10
                                                10lbs x 10 x 2 sets
