195 x4-didn't want to go balls out because there was shirt work to follow.

275 x 1 off one board
285 x 1- low touch, really tough press
285 x 1- still low, but better press

Drop set of Close Grip Pull downs:  80lbs x 10, 60lbs x 8, 40 lbs x 10
