Thursday training kicked my ass.

Business management, rolling and short dynamic warm up

I felt completely gased at the end of this session.  Walking on the treadmill for 40 mins proved to be a challenge.

Happy with the deadlifts...I am getting STRONGHER!!

Also, looking forward to seeing some of our lifters kick some ass at the Montreal Earthquake competition tomorrow!  Yay UF!
