Thursday training. Legs be grizzled.

Sumo Deadlifts + mini's
125 x4

250 x4

Zercher rack pulls
95 x8
115 x8
110 x8 x 2 sets

These will put hair on your chest.  Seriously.
My legs are grizzled in spots I have never felt before.  Almost more nasty than GM's on the low back.

Hanging leg raises 3 x 10
