Finished with some tire flipping...7 singles alternating with UF member and Paul, and the last one I did all by myself! I must have a good teacher ;)
Of course my back and biceps are grizzled today after that damn tire...Rack pulls and squats tomorrow with a different guest appearance.
Renfrew UF is obviously the place to be!
