My bicep is still not happy after the tire incident.  A little hot liniment and a sleeve and it was on fire in no time.  I still decided to scrap chins and throw in some body rows because I didn't want to push it too far.  Good session.  Hopefully these board presses are going to help me smash a pretty decent shirted bench in a few weeks.
